What
would you do?
"You will be aligned with our Insights &
Intelligence vertical and help us generate insights by leveraging the latest
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics techniques to deliver value to our
clients. You will also help us apply your expertise in building world-class
solutions, conquering business problems, addressing technical challenges using
AI Platforms and technologies. You will be required to utilize the existing
frameworks, standards, patterns to create architectural foundation and services
necessary for AI applications that scale from multi-user to enterprise-class
and demonstrate yourself as an expert by actively blogging, publishing research
papers, and creating awareness in this emerging area. You will be working as a
part of Social Media Analytics team which monitors and analyzes Social Media
activities, including opportunity analysis & initiatives definition,
roadmap formulation & vendor selection, social intelligence technologies,
business intelligence, and service set-up & management. You will be working
on Social Media Monitoring & Analytics where you will be monitoring and
analyzing Social Media activities, including opportunity analysis &
initiatives definition, roadmap formulation & vendor selection, social
intelligence technologies, business intelligence, and service set-up &
management."

Roles and Responsibilities
"
• Ensure that every customer derives the most value possible from the platform
leading to retention and business expansion.
• Identify, comprehend and clearly articulate customers' requirements
to generate an end-to-end solution to their business challenges.
• Act as day-to-day contact for stakeholders.
• Manage and optimize configuration of on-boarded platform users, to ensure
their continued success with the platform.
• Identify platform gaps, and optimization opportunities designing and
configuring the appropriate solutions, so that client expectations regarding
platform use cases and functionalities are fulfilled.
• Provide oversight on any additional enablement of the software deployment to
be in line with current architecture and future client needs or business
requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
• Provide on-going training support and ad hoc training sessions to ensure that
all client users are trained, educated, and up to date on platform use, best
practices, and functionalities.
• Actively make sure that you are knowledgeable on all modules of the CXM
platform.
• Maintain platform relevancy according to changes in business needs."
